Data protection
Privacy notice
This notice covers the practice’s website and telephone contact with us: what data is collected, why, how long it is kept, and what rights you have.
Last updated: 12 September 2026
Data controller
The controller of your data is ORTHODONTIKI ALEXANDROPOULOS O.E., with clinics in Kifisia (Irodou Attikou 7, 145 61) and Parikia, Paros (Foinikes Shopping Center, 844 00).
For anything concerning your data, contact the practice on +30 210 808 5785 (Kifisia) or +30 22840 26939 (Paros), or in writing at the Kifisia clinic address.
Call recording and automated call processing
Incoming telephone calls to the practice are recorded, to safeguard the quality of our service. You are told about the recording at the start of every call.
Recordings are automatically converted to text (transcription) and automatically classified by subject, using artificial-intelligence services, so that we can respond faster and no patient request is lost. No decision is made automatically: every action taken towards you is taken by a person at the practice.
The providers carrying out this processing on our behalf are Speechmatics (transcription) and Anthropic (classification/summary), acting as processors.
Retention periods: audio recording 30 days, transcript text 180 days.
You may at any time request a copy, correction or erasure of your data, or object to the processing, by contacting the practice on the telephone numbers above or in writing at the Kifisia clinic address.
Call log
Separately from the recording, we keep a log of the calls we received — the number you called from, the number you dialled and the time of the call, not its content. That log is kept for 5 years.
This website
The website has no contact form and collects nothing you type. You reach us by telephone or email, on your own initiative.
We use no tracking cookies and no third-party advertising or visitor-profiling tools. To measure traffic we use an analytics system hosted on our own server, which sets no cookies and honours your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it,
- have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed,
- have your data erased,
- restrict the processing,
- object to the processing,
- data portability.
Address your request to the practice, using the contact details above. We reply within one month at the latest.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (1-3 Kifisias Avenue, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr).
